Description
Tasting notes :
Colour : golden yellow.
Nose : complex, subtle, rich in aromas. Notes of ripe fruit, honey, slightly spicy undertones, and very light woody notes.
Palate : round, with a perfect balance between sweetness, alcohol and acidity.
Vines aged 40 years.
Grape variety : Colombard.
Ageing : 8 months in old Pineau des Charentes casks.
Serve chilled, at 10°C, as an aperitif, in cocktail, with foie gras, mature Comté cheese or a tarte Tatin.
