Produced by Nathan Pillet at the family single estate in the Bons Bois appellation.
Tasting notes :
Colour : golden yellow.Nose : complex, subtle, rich in aromas. Notes of ripe fruit, honey, slightly spicy undertones, and very light woody notes. Palate : round, with a perfect balance between sweetness, alcohol and acidity.Vines aged 40 years.Grape variety : Colombard. Ageing : 8 months in old Pineau des Charentes casks.Serve chilled, at 10°C, as an aperitif, in cocktail, with foie gras, mature Comté cheese or a tarte Tatin.
