Description

Tasting notes :

Colour : Golden amber.

Nose : Notes of sandalwood which evolve into subtle notes of candied pears and dates.

Palate : An elegant and balanced structure which reveals delicate aromas of sandalwood.

Finish : long with notes of hazelnut and mushroom.

It has been 50 springs since a year reached exceptional aromas and a barrel was put aside. Coming from Grande Champagne vintages selected for their incomparable quality, the Vintages benefit from prolonged ageing giving them an ideal and unique aromatic concentration.

Tasting suggestion : Vintage to drink neat to enjoy all its complexity or accompanied by a cigar.
