Tasting notes :
A first nose with floral notes, reminiscent of white blossoms from fruit trees, apricot, almond, cherry and honeysuckle. Then come the aromas of roasted almonds, hazelnuts, and peanuts,gradually rising to the surface. It finishes beautifully with delicate notes of wild vineyard peaches.
The opening is all about spice, pepper, clove, and dry cardamom. Almond and cashew aromas create a smooth transition toward bold notes of chocolate mousse and coffee beans, which linger beautifully on the finish.
The finish of this Cognac is flavorful, indulgent, and marked by remarkable aromatic intensity. The tasting ends on a silky, velvety note, evoking the smooth feel of a billiard table.
