Tasting notes :
Nose : fresh, notes of lemon verbena, citrus fruits, white pepper and fennel.
Palate : harmonious and flavourful, with notes of malt, angelica flower and tarragon.
Finish : a successful blend of bitterness and herbal freshness, light and refined. A warmth lingers on the palate for several minutes.
Cereal : barley.
Ageing : first in American oak casks that previously contained Cognac, followed by refinement in French oak barrels that previously contained Aquavit, a Scandinavian spirit distilled from aromatic plants.
