Tasting notes :
Colour : golden bronze.
Nose : complex with notes of dried fruit (almond, hazelnut), apricot, orange peel and grapefruit, and woody notes.
Palate : balanced with notes of wood, dried fruit, candied fruit and liquorice.
Finish : good length.
Grape varieties : Ugni blanc with a touch of Folle blanche and Colombard.
Cru : Grande Champagne, 1st of the AOC appellation, clay-limestone terroir.
Ageing : 28 years in old French oak barrels.
