Nose : the maturity of late stone fruits.

Palate : rounded and well-balanced with sweet notes of summer jasmine and gingerbread.

Finish : delicate.

Crus : Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Borderies and Fins Bois.

Grape variety : Ugni blanc.

Ageing : in French oak barrels in humid cellars.

To be served neat or in cocktail or with cheese (Brie de Meaux).
