Tasting notes :
A very aromatic Cognac with floral, fruity and gourmet notes on the nose.
The smoothness on the palate perfectly offsets the high alcohol content.
Folle blanche is a grape variety with a long history in the Cognac region, but one that is now all too rare : around 1 % of the appellation.
Every year in April, we bottle a 10-years-old 100 % Folle blanche Cognac at the optimum degree, with the batch number representing the year of harvest : in this case, L.XIV for 2014.
Fermentation using indigenous yeasts.
Distillation on lees.
Aged for 12 months in French new oak barrels and then in old casks.
Non-chill filtered and additive-free.
Certified organic.
Drink neat as an aperitif or digestive.
