Tasting notes :

Colour : Pale gold, very bright.

Nose : Rich and delicate, very fine, floral with notes of citrus fruit (grapefruit), a fine expression of spices (nutmeg).

Very well-balanced, delicate nose.

Palate : Beautiful fullness and finesse combined with fine new wood tannins (toasted).

Beautiful fullness and great lightness.

Despite a slightly high alcohol content (due to ageing in a dry cellar), this Borderies Cognac represents the typical character of this cru.
