Tasting notes :
Colour : Old gold with coppery highlights.
Nose : generous, with notes of marzipan, marron glacé and candied orange. It quickly develops more heady notes of vanilla and flowers. Almost tropical notes of honey and spices (cinnamon, clove, laurel).
Palate : Creamy, spicier and peppier than the nose, but still retains citrus and stone fruit notes, with a hint of ginger and sweet oak.
To be served neat or in cocktail, or smoked fish.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Cru : Fins Bois.
Ageing : minimum 2 years old in French Limousin oak barrels.
