A combination of grape must (merlot grape variety) and Cognac eau-de-vie, this old Pineau has been aged in French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes:
A tiled color with coppery reflections.
On the nose, candied fruits, raspberries, cherries, a balanced rancio with scents of undergrowth
On the palate, a drowned side with the power of red fruits and candied fruits; a pleasant balance, long and elegant
Fresh as an aperitif of course, but also ideal with chocolate and red fruit desserts; it also goes very well with certain cheeses
