Tasting notes :
Nose : complex with notes of dried fruit, biscuit, vanilla and blond tobacco, enhanced by a hint of roast.
Palate : a supple texture reveals a mellow woodiness with notes of malt, liquorice and mocha.

This is a French single malt Whisky made from malted barley, aged for 3 years in French oak casks that previously contained Cognac, followed by a second ageing period of 8 months in glass amphorae exposed to the rhythm of eight successive full moons, in the spirit of biodynamic cultivation.
Double distillation in Charentais still.
Un-chillfiltered.
