Tasting notes :

Fruity and floral notes on the first nose, with a roundness and a lovely sweetness brought out at the end of the tasting by the balanced blend of young and older eaux-de-vie.

Grape variety : Ugni blanc.

Double distillation with lees.

Aged in French oak barrels, 30 % of which are new.
