Tasting notes :
Eye : Golden amber.
Nose : Complex of fruits (black cherry) accompanied by floral notes (wild flowers) and some hot spices. Over time, the aromas evolve towards notes of candied fruits, spices and old wood.
Palate : Notes of wood, cinnamon, candied ginger, prune, tobacco and vanilla.
Finish : Spicy finish of nutmeg and cinnamon. The rancio appears in the final.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Cru : Fins Bois. Clay-limestone soil.
Ageing : in French Limousin oak casks in a humid cellar.
