Palate : notes of cinnamon, tobacco, dried flowers and candied fruits.
Finish : fresh finish with liquorice notes.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Cru : Fins Bois. Clay-limestone soil.
Ageing : in French Limousin oak casks in a humid cellar.
It's a blend of eaux-de-vie with the youngest at 14 years old.
