Grape variety : Ugni blanc.

Terroir : clay-limestone soil.

Average ageing in wood : 3 years in Limousin oak barrels (hence its light colour).

Tasting notes : Don't let its light colour fool you.

This is a dynamic, fresh, fruity and floral Cognac, with citrus notes.

Serving suggestions :
- As an aperitif in a rum-like cocktail (punch, mojito etc.).
- As a long drink, accompanied by a sparkling beverage (tonic, soda).
- As a frozen drink.
