Tasting notes :
Nose : spicy, notes of orange, vanilla, prune and chocolate. Rich and complex.
Palate : complex and powerful, notes of dried fruits, sweet spices, pepper and wood.
Finish : very long.
Consumption : Only as a digestif, its power and complexity are particularly appreciated by spirits lovers.
Cru : Fins Bois, clay-limestone terroir.
15-hectares vineyards.
Harvests : 1971 with a little from 1972 and 1973.
HVE3 and CEC certified.
