Tasting notes :

Colour : gold with a touch of bronze, very bright.

Nose : very fine and precise attack, beautiful rancio (fresh walnut, hazelnut, almond). Beautiful orange notes combined with licorice. The nose reveals the origin of the chalky terroir.

Palate : Beautiful fullness.

Finish : long finish based on fine tannins, more than fruit. With a beautiful oaky note on the finish.

A Cognac that pairs wonderfully with bitter dark chocolate or a cigar.
