Tasting notes :
Nose : Powerful, the first aromas perceived are sweet spices such as vanilla and nutmeg, ripe white grapes, almond and lemongrass. Then, come delicate notes of apricot, dried guava and blossom flowers.
Palate : A harmonious blend of honey and fruit. The palate reveals spices such as curry and ginger. Then, barley sugar, peach, walnut, boxwood and bay leaf.
Finish : Long and fresh, slightly minty, fruity (mango) and spicy (clove, vanilla).
Cru : Fins Bois.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Ageing : at least 4 years old. The first year, this Cognac is aged in new French oak barrels, then matures in old oak barrels.
To be served neat or in cocktail or with oysters or dessert (apple pie).
