Tasting notes :
Colour : amber with beautiful golden highlights.
Nose : notes of stewed fruit.
Palate : complex and round. The stewed fruit gives way to sweet spices, ending with a subtle and delicate herbal finish.
This precious elixir is a harmonious blend of local verbena, harvested in the fields belonging to the PAGÈS Distillery, and a meticulous selection of plants, spices and herbs. Lemon verbena, planted under the June sun and harvested before the first chill of winter, is dried and then delicately stripped by hand.
Distillation : in a copper still.
Ageing : minimum 12 months in French oak barrels previously used for ageing Cognac.
